Something happen after Upgrading to 4.0.4

 

Is there way to fix that, In upgrade that error showed up, I pressed continue and another error went. So i cancelled the upgrade process via going back to /upgrade.

Now after the fresh upgrade is success, i checked AdminCP->System->Site Features->Application

and this showed up. Is there way to removed that?
