Is there a way to contact the person in charge for support, because i am lost with a supportrequest since weeks.
If you every have a question on a ticket you can ask that it be escalated to a manager, you can also submit a ticket to customer service with any concerns if needed. We will review your past tickets now and follow up with you in your ticket.
Thank you for replying @Rhett, Lindy replied to my ticket and we will resolve things in the ticket.
