How do I turn Community Suite 4 back online

I know it's probably a lame question, but I've searched and can't find an answer and I can't find a link to turn the board back online after upgrading to Community Suite 4. So where's the link? Thanks!

Go to the ACP (Normally yoursite.com/admin)

Then System -> Settings -> General Configuration. Tick "Site Online".
