How to display tags and prefixes in Customizable Topic Feed?

Hello! I created Customizable Topic Feed plugin and I want to display tags and prefixes nearby topics titles. I edited template for this plugin and added this code, but it doesn't work.

After this code: <div class='ipsDataItem_main'>
 I added this:
    {{if $topic->prefix()}}
    	{template="prefix" group="global" app="core" params="$topic->prefix( TRUE ), $topic->prefix()"}
    {{endif}}

Can you teell me why t doesn't work and how I can fix this?
