Those databases and articles are confusing. I dont get them. I just wanna start write news articles, but i dont get that system. Is there any good tutorial somewhere?

 

I created one test article. It appears in one page with that teaser text. If you click post subject, it doesnt take you to full article, it just shows same teaser. Argghhhh

I'm struggling a lot myself and I use Content extensively in 3.4

In the settings for each field you can define if it shows on the overview pages (“Listing“) or on the detail pages (“Record View“) and how it should look. There is also a custom field when you don’t like the default display. You can use that to get rid of the field name and only show the field content.
