Posted May 4, 201510 yr Hello `o,I am having a problem downloading the IPS software from the client area. Yesterday I extended my licence to include the Pages application and since I wanted to install it now, I tryed to download it. Now always when clicking the "Download" button and being redirected to https://remoteservices.invisionpower.com/download/ips_9b154 the page says "IP address does not match." (with a 403 status code: access denied). I already tried relogging, deleteing my cookies, using other browsers, and resetting my IP by reconnecting.Can anybody help me please? Thank you!
