All locations where content is separated by type (eg. reputation), an all content link should exist

If you click "View Content" on a member's profile, the landing page is "All Activity". However, if you try to view their reputation, there is no "All Reputation" filter, and it default to the top content type (profile comments), which is unlikely to be what they're looking for.

I'm not currently aware of any other pages where this is an issue (it works correctly for a member's content and the activity feed as far as I can tell), but if there are, this should be changed there as well.

In addition, I think it would be a good idea to add a counter with the number of items in each category to make it easier for people to find what they're looking for. It would be better to encourage them to click on the items that actually have content. As a very rough mockup, this is what I'm thinking:
