Insert image from URL just spins and spins

Is anyone else having the issue where they paste in an image URL, then try to insert it into a post?  For me it just keeps spinning and spinning and spinning.  I never see the image actually insert.  Attaching images works fine.  I have tried on Firefox and Safari on OSX.
