Some members are requesting to see a member list, I see an online users and staff list but not a general list. Is this possible in v4?

You can do the member list using Search. It was a rather obscure method to finding what I was looking for. Another oddity in my opinion is that the guidelines aren't with the Privacy Policy and Contact Us at the footer.

The memberlist was removed from the default navigation, if you wish to add it back and create a FURL you can. It can be found at:  /search/?q=&type=core_members
