Problem with entries and IP address.

Thank you for your help.
I have two problems.

 

All users have the IP address : 94.23.211.78 
What can I do ?

Secondly, the first entries are ok. Members were validated by email. Now I have to manually validated. However, in the configuration I always ticked validation by the user.
