my members are not fan of the new rating system on the filepage with the up and downvote. is it possible to get back the star voting system?

my members are not fan of the new rating system on the filepage with the up and downvote. is it possible to get back the star voting system?

Community > Downloads > Categories > Edit a category from your list .. and activate "Allow Reviews"

Then you get your stars back ..

 

Edit: The up/down vote is member reputation, not really to do with rating of a product/file ..
