Just wanting to know the best way to change the forum base directory

What it is at present -  cwht/ipb4/

What we would like -  cwht/forum/

See if this can fix it for you, I just ended up redoing the upgrade again in-place when I needed to do this, as the tool there did not really help me (it never did fix attachments).
