After install the SimpleBlue4x theme....:cry:

ACP usually works after that, go there manually and back the theme out.

Your site is on line, with the theme. I can't check the admin access as it appears you have moved the location.

I have this error in specific areas such as , (my attachments, Customizable topic feeds, ....etc)

I think he was referring to Khatal Jalal, but if you are having the same issues it might be best to also submit a ticket. 

I'm having the same issue after uninstalling a plugin and also after upgrading to 4.0.2 

After a few minutes it goes away

​Forgot to say that I managed to fix it by removing everything in the /datastore folder. I was still getting that error for a few minutes after that, but after the files got automatically rebuilt, it went away.
