I want to change the domain name of IPB board.  Please tell me the steps to be done in IP board and also the practices so that no traffic is lost 

I have pointed the domain to same directory...

How to do 301 Redirect  so that older linsk continue to run....and no tarffic is lost

I am changing the old domain   which was country domain to com

old domain   http://mechanical-engineering.in   running from last 5 years -  

new domain will be  http://mechanical-engg.com
