opentype
Google is not showing option to do unlisted and says it is for your country India only...You can’t change that. If your site has a country-coded top-level domain (such as .ie) it is already associated with a geographic region (in this example, Ireland). In this case, you won't be able to specify a geographic location.https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/62399

opentype
But getteing in search for international audience is must for my siteIt doesn’t mean that you are banned from international searches. It’s just that this can be used for providing useful results. For example: if I search a book, Google will show me the Amazon store of my country (Germany) first and not Amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk. So this country targeting makes sense.
