IPS 4 starting new hidden thread in Downloads

I wonder why Downloas starting a new hidden thread when uploading new files. These hidden thread shows in search result and can not be view.

Getting this message:

Sorry, there is a problem

You do not have permission to view this content.

Error code: 2F173/H

I dont want these hidden threads to view in search.

Found the setting in Download categories, but It not helped to deactivate (Post a topic when a file is submitted&)
