We plan to convert to IPB 4 several forums under punbb 1.3.4

We also know some large communities  running punbb 1.3.4 planning to convert to IPB 4

So i have two questions :

 

1) the IPS4 converter will include punbb 1.3.4 ? (as IPS 3.4.7 did)

2) for a punbb community that we already converted to IPB 3.4.7 and then to IPB 4, will it be possible to add redirections from old topics to new ones ? or too late ?

1. All I can say at this time is to convert to 3.4.7 and then upgrade
2. Submit a ticket for my attention, we should be able to come up with an updated redirection script.

Cheeky question, how long before converters for 4 are available? Are we talking a few weeks or months off?

Converters are a big selling point as you are the only people who can convert from vb5 

We're still working on them.

Converting to 3.4.7 and then upgrading to 4.0.1 is the best way to go currently.
