Failed to Open Page

[Achievement In Motion]

So my installation process is as follows:

-uploaded files to directory

-created mysql (through cpanel)

-run install

Soo once i ran the install, i got through to where you create the admin account, and right after that I hit the start installation process and it crashed on me saying it failed to open page. Might I add that the server passed the check test.

So my installation process is as follows:

-uploaded files to directory

-created mysql (through cpanel)

-run install

Soo once i ran the install, i got through to where you create the admin account, and right after that I hit the start installation process and it crashed on me saying it failed to open page. Might I add that the server passed the check test.

Seems all MySQL database errors (same, repeatedly) ..

can you do this to create a new MySQL database :  CREATE DATABASE datebasename CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci;

replace "databasename' with the one you want ..

extremely frustrating that i can't figure this out for the life of me but the database thing seems to be an issue even though when making a fresh install of 3.4.x it works perfectly fine....
