That's is unfair. That should be 2€ each month.

What happens if one day, there are 85 at once, for instance ?

The average users online is a over a 48 hour window, so if your average exceeds the plan you are on, it will be auto upgraded to the next plan. 

Hum...so try to figure this case :

There is a pick on the forum, just three days, because of a new backlink. The average users online is usually 15, but during those three days, it climbs at 50. Then, after three days, it goes back to 18-19 on average.

What happens in that case ?

It would be an average of the online users over a 48 hour window, so it would be the average in that time frame.
