One feature of IPS Suite I want to use more of is the help ticket system. I was wondering if this had any new features or a fresh UI in the admin area?
Yes, the backend has changed a lot - you'll hopefully find it a lot more streamlined for staff to use.

Can guests submit and check replies to a ticket too? And has the email parser and underlying code all been rewritten? Not that I'm aware of any issues, just curious
Has anyone running RC got a screenshot they can share of the ticket list or something? I assume there's nothing public yet from IPS?
