Has Nexus help desk been changed?

That's great news, thanks for quick reply @Rikki (why when I typed your name exact were you halfway down user list?).

Can guests submit and check replies to a ticket too? And has the email parser and underlying code all been rewritten? Not that I'm aware of any issues, just curious :)
