March 31, 201510 yr Yes, the backend has changed a lot - you'll hopefully find it a lot more streamlined for staff to use.
March 31, 201510 yr Author That's great news, thanks for quick reply @Rikki (why when I typed your name exact were you halfway down user list?). Can guests submit and check replies to a ticket too? And has the email parser and underlying code all been rewritten? Not that I'm aware of any issues, just curious
