Support Staff : How to set it up ?

In addition to your rating, you can leave a feedback message. Note that this message will not be seen by our support staff. If you require further assistance, please reply to the support request as normal.



This is a message displayed for a Rating & Feedback .. This one made me wonder how I can setup a " Support Staff " that only can see the Commerce - Support section without the "Performance" section that contains the feedback rating & messages .. And with this, how to limit a " Support Staff " access to all other ACP functions and settings ?


A " Support Staff " will reply to support requests from members, this support staff can do this from the front-end, but I see allot of functionality is missing that the ACP support section has ..


Anyone figured this step out ?
