Try to go ACP -> Featured content -> settings you will see an option to resize images using php script (cimage)

It has no limit sliders. Check your 'manage' permission.

Ok I resaved with guest manage and then It shows in widget. Many thanks onlyME. This is an incredible application. I´m very lucky and I don´t know why I´m not looked at this earlier.

In setting I enable featured content, but I can´t choose feature in Downloads. Want to show only feature files in the main slider.

Do you want auto get contents from Downloads app? Try to edit your slider

 

It works with Categories, not Featured Files.

2. My other question is about the content slider if no image - for example, topics from Forum "1" or events from Calendar "2". They no images - only text - then what shows slider?

It only supports one default images. But a beautiful slider needs the images instead of one default.

And can it be done for different Calendars and Categories on Pages? 

Haven't supported Calendar yet because there are too few people use it.

Yes, I have to agree with this - the slider needs a variety of photos to be beautiful. I understand slider to withdraw them from the article or topic. But how does it work if there are more photos - first you take? Moreover guess resizes images in slider size?

 

Haven't supported Calendar yet because there are too few people use it.

I have another mind - I want to clarify what is the algorithm of the slider. It shows a picture that is in the article (or topic), right?

But if there are some pictures which photo shows the slider - the first, second or random?

The pictures in the articles may have a size of 800 x 500 px or 1200 x 750 px. A slider is at 200 x 10 (for example). This means that slider resizes them and makes them smaller, right?

In Auto mode, it takes the first picture in first post of topic. If it's an article (Pages app), it can take the uploaded picture frrom "record image" field.

In Manual mode, you can upload your pictures or use pictures from external images.

My front page, made by pages crashed for a couple of days When edited some settings, It only show a blank white page. I have to removed the featured content and install It again and then start from the beginning with all sliders on pages.

now everything seems to work again.

What settings did you edit? If it occurs again please send me the log files so I can see what problem.

I just removed the show file name in sliders setting by clicking on/off.

I can not reproduce this issue by on/off showing title setting. But I will track it.

Is it possible to make it so that a full URL is not required? For cimage I only use the image name (ex. "featured_img.jpg"). Right now this version doesn't allow me to enter a non-URL.
