Cannot upgrade: Could not create folder during upgrade

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade from Beta 6 to RC2 but I'm getting this error. I was getting the same error last week when I tried to upgrade from Beta 6 to Beta 8.

Please ensure your uploads, plugins and datastore-folders are writable first. 

If uploads/logs/ is present, then make sure it also has write access. If it isn't, then manually create the folder and make it writable.

I've set them all to 777 and tried again. I get the same error.

I'm also getting this error. All permissions appear to be correct. It's impossible for me to complete the upgrade at this time, don't know why.

. . . CONFIRMED! - I fixed this issue by checking the permissions on the folders assigned to my CDN

I have same problem after change hosting. System Check: \upload does not exist. (But uploads exist, sure). And i don't know, how i can fix it. All permission on folder 777.
