Where can i change the email inbox setting for user i want to increase the inbox size?

Admin Control Panel -> Members -> Groups -> (Click the 'pencil' icon on the group you want to change) -> 'Social' tab -> Scroll down a little bit and find the Messages section. You're looking for 'Conversation Storage Quota' although you may want to review the other messenger options while you're here.

Save when done and repeat for other groups if required.
