When you type in tags and the "Item Prefix" button comes up and then you click the prefix box the dropdown selections seems to show a long way down:

Is it supposed to show all the way down there in the message content window? TBH I don't even know what the purpose of it is? Is it like dynamic thread prefixes?

I guess no-one cares?

I'm going to say its a bug. I recommend searching to see if someone else has reported it, if not submit a bug report.
