I wasn't sure how to do this, as I couldn't find documentation for it, I only found documentation for a fresh install.

I realise 4.0 isn't supported yet, but a piece of advice on this or if you could link me to documentation for it (couldn't find any), that'd be nice

 

I mean, where do I put the files for an upgrade?

The same way as previous versions.
