Template change between 3.4.7 and 4.0

Hello,

 

I'm helping getting our board updated from 3.4.7 to 4.0 and one of the things that I can't find in 4.0 is how to edit the signature page for the User Control Panel

 

For example, in 3.4.7 i was able to load the AdminCP then goto Look & Feel  >  Manage Skin Sets & Templates  >  Manage Templates in IP.Board 
Scroll down to User Control Panel select memberSignatureForm and edit this page to include custom php and links.

 

However when i load 4.0's admin cp Then Pages -> Templates The signature page is no longer available.  Is there some documentation or something on where I might be able to find where to modify this form?
