shadowtor Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Hi, so if you look at au-gaming.com you will see a error, all I have done is uploaded the files, so its doing this before any install. I'm just wondering why this us happening and what needs to be fixed on it?
Ahmad E. Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Are you sure that you have uploaded ALL files?Seems like some files are missing.
craigf136 Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 This is line 106 of init.php /* Define the IN_IPB constant - this needs to be in the global namespace for backwards compatibility */This appears on line 104 and 105 /* Set default MB internal encoding */ mb_internal_encoding('UTF-8');I would run the system check if you can, it sounds like 2 possible scenarios (i think) - the server isn't setup correctly and things need to be upgrade or files are missing. Did you upload via ftp or via cpanel file manager?Try uploading via file manager in cpanel and extract the zip file, you should see the extracted folder. IPS files will reside within this, I would move those files to the required directory and try again. If that fails, I would contact your host.

shadowtor Posted January 11, 2015 Author Posted January 11, 2015 Yes so again, did the exact same error.(this is before i can install propperly btw.)also reason i am asking here is the fact that host doesnt know what to enable or such to fix it.
craigf136 Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 Then you need to supply this to your host and inform him he needs to enable them or switch hosts.
