Fix apps list in ACP

Hello!

I suggest fix apps list in ACP by adding this line:

#ACPAppList {position: fixed;}

Before:

I think it would be more convenient.

The problem is, if you have more app tabs than the browser height can allow for you wouldn't be able to access them.
