Please consider changing the spinner gifs to font-awesome spinners. This would help skinning tremendously for several reasons. As you know IPB you can
- Adjust Font Awesome Sizes
- Easily change colors
- No time consuming creation of images and animating them
- Just add a spin tag to make any icon spin
 

<i class="fa fa-spinner fa-spin"></i>

- No ugly background outline when making a simple background color change
- they have excellent choices in spinners
And much more. Please consider this either for this version or one after release.
