i am tryng to convert my 600mb db since last day but i cant, when i convert it to utf8mb4 i get a blank page !

​have you made sure added correct URL 8 its in read me somewhere about adding that to your conf_global.php.

i didnt understand !?

i'd updated the conf_global.php by adding charset utf8

A blank page means usually that it is a php error, add

ini_set('display_errors',1);

to your conf_global.php (at the end of the file) and try to access the converter again, it should display an error now.
