Error uploading profile picture

Hey guys, I am getting the following error when trying to change my profile picture:

Any idea as to what this is?

 

Running:

Apache 2.4.10

PHP 5.4.36 with the ionCube PHP Loader v4.7.3 and Zend Guard Loader v3.3
