template_store_missing new install

I am getting the following error (see below) this is a new install have searched but the solution did not work. ACP>System>Advanced Configuration>Data Storage did not do anything at all. Who has a solution for this.

No one that can give a solution.

Since this is ranked pretty high on Google for the error, I thought I'd reply: Usually you just have to load the site a few times for it to regenerate. I got this error when enabling memcached. You should also make sure the datastore directory is writable.

Well did try everything a new install fixed it never got to know why this happened.
