Activitystream anoying wait for x seconds

I just love almost everytning I have seen about the upcomming v4, but there is one thing that I find really anoing:

The activity stream is great for discovering new content on all areas of the community, but when I want to go to the Next page of the activity stream or change the filter, I get the following error:

"Sorry, there is a problem

Please wait 4 seconds before attempting another search

Error code: 1C205/3"

I hope there will be a solution for this before the final release since I plan to make the activitystream the main page for users when they log in.
