This appears on the gallery when viewing an image. I installed 4.0.0 Beta 3 originally, and then upgraded to 4.0.0 Beta 3a; I hadn't uploaded an image before this upgrade so not sure if it this error is due to 3a or just 3. However I will admit towards the end of upgrading, I did receive several "Try Again?" prompts.
