Insert Blog Entry in to Post?

I've seen on another IP.B installation users are able to insert part of a blog post in to their forum reply.
Is this possible as standard on 4.0 (i.e.: i've looked and perhaps i'm daft and just missed it?)

Hrrm, interesting that works here but not on my IP4 install.
I'll play around a bit more then send in a bug report if I can't resolve it.
