I did a quick test from 3.4.7 to 4.0.0 and upon upgrading in my Admin area and general website view the CSS isn't loading?

Getting the errors from chrome console:

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token < pistonmc.com/:1
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token < root_js_lang_1.js.f85506f9d3e24c6171ab94406f967399.js:1
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined front_front_widgets.js.2924e33233259d84b5333402bc09582b.js:18
Uncaught ReferenceError: ips is not defined pistonmc.com/:88
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CACHE_MISS http://pistonmc.com/

 

If you can navigate to Theme Builder in the ACP, some people have said enabling and disabling that fixed their issues.

I personally had to revert back to 3.4.7 and do a second install for it to fix for me.

​Its doing it with completely fresh installs too?
