EX1062 error when posting bug

Trying to report a bunch of iPhone bugs to bug tracker and getting an error EX1062

Tried a couple of times. Any ideas as the error page gives nothing away?

Have to head to bed now but bugs I wanted to report if IPS or some one can log are:

On iPhone you can't type in the quick reply box for a random amount of time and when you do try to type it types invisible characters.

Second issue was a layout issue with the quick reply box (see attachment).

If someone can log these as I just get the error above when I try. Ultimately we are all trying to make this software better and we do this for free :)
