Sometimes I close an topic, but I want add comment only see by team moderator and administrator.

Actuality we send link by PM and comment that but it's too complex manage…

You can add messages when hiding or deleting content in IP.Board 3.4, and you can make hidden/deleted content (and reasons) only visible to certain groups. So, this should already be possible.

I think you misunderstand Ryan. It seems he wants to add a comment for other moderators and admins when he close a topic. (And that doesn't necessarily mean that he hides anything)

I think there is a mod somewhere that adds an option to write moderator comments for a topic, which could probably cover what he want to do, but I couldn't find it right now.

I guess you could write a reply and then hide it instantly. That would work as a “message to other moderators”. ;-)

You would have the issue with instant notifications going out however. You would have to first post something like "Hide me" and then edit the post after you've hidden it.

Edit...: err.. or you could just not edit your placeholder post and leave it in the hide reason ;)
