PLEASE allow renewals before expiry

An invoice for any products about to expire should be generated before they expire. We did have a limited number of accounts that didn't generate invoices previously, but I believe all of them were updated.

Please submit a ticket so someone can take a look at your account. This isn't feedback about IP.Chat, this issue would apply to any product, but it shouldn't be happening and someone will need to look at your account to determine why it might be happening at this time.

If this occurred about a month ago, it is possible you were affected right before we fixed the issue I referenced and you shouldn't have trouble in the future.
