is there a possibility to import national holidays per country in the ipboard calandar just like in MS outlook etc? saves a lot of work :P

You can already import iCalendar files/feeds.

Yes, I've done this in the past by importing the appropriate feed from Google Calendars using the iCalendar import feature.
