How to change all specific words in my forum to links

I want to change a word in all posts on my forum (old and new, that will be posted later), say, "flowers" to the link like "http://myforum/go/flowers" that, in its turn, goes to "http://flowers.com"?

Can I do it with IP.Board? Please advise how it is possible?
