Is there a way to have attachments and "Follow this topic" options available in the base editor, instead of being forced to systematically click for more options?

These are really essential forum features that should not be hidden.

At worst, the user should be able to decide in the user settings if they want these options by default.

On that same topic, it would be great if these options would be below the editor, not on a huge column on the right hand side that garbles the rows of icons in the editor's toolbars. Why would anyone create a whole empty column for just 4 settings is beyond me.
