New version has default topic view. The horizontal been problematic, now all should be okay.
 

Esmona has a few new innovations such as color picker where you can set your own color skin. It's a good options for individual choices. Proffessional design in which dark and light elements stand side by side makes the skin looks fresh and modern. Set your own slides and colors. Esmona hasn't thematic restrictions!

In IPS Market Place (Esmona Product) to Esmona package was added one additional folder "Unzip images folder".

If you after upload images-esmona.xml have some error like "The import failed: nothing to import!", you should upload unzip Esmona images folder to public/style_images/ and then in ACP (Admin Control Panel) set the images for Esmona skin.

It for all persons which have some problems with upload Esmona images.

I can't figure out why, but when I make changes on the default color or try to change the slides nothing actually is changed. :(

Okay, so I have the slider thing sorted out. The problem now is that setting the default color does nothing. The colors still appear to be orange rather than the green I keep trying to change it too. I tried several browsers and it appears that I can't use the color picker on chrome at all though I can use it on internet explorer. In addition, the default for all of them appear orange despite my settings change.

As you all know, IP.Board 4.0 version is coming, so I should tell something about upgrade skins system. IPBFangorn is a young site, so for all new Customers who bought Esmona and Aktolia here and even on invisionpower.com, skin upgrade will be free. The kind of the upgrade will be "exception to the rule" because next time you all will have to make re-purchase of bought skin.

Don't worry! The paid system concerns only bigger updates for example to 4.0, 5.0, 6.0 etc.

All upgrades from 4.0 to 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4 etc. will be free and you will have to re-purchase skin when IP.Board 5.0 will be relased. I hope you understand the idea.

Initially I'd assume a third party hook is the cause, please await the authors thoughts on this matter.

I do need help with quite a few things, and seeing as you don't often check your website, I'll post them here:

1. Before anything:

   We recently purchased esmona and we've been having some errors, on our theme the text overlaps the avatars like this:

   

   We've reinstalled it THREE times. Installing/removing hooks is not an option whatsoever. We paid good money for this theme, so we expect quality. This happens in private messages too. Aside from this, the theme is stunning. At the side, the hook for awards gets cut off too, like this: Can you help us fix this, please?

3. We're using IP.Content for the menu - anything we should know about that?

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SKIN. It is incompatible with the most basic of mods, he doesn't reply to support requests (even on his own website) for days, and when he does reply, it usually does not fix the issue, and when you ask further questions, you won't receive any more replies. The skin works great if you set your forums how he wants them - anything different will result in a broken theme, that he won't refund. A huge waste of $25, which is a lot of money when you could be purchasing quality support and themes over at Skinbox. Thoroughly disappointed and frustrated.

Hi if you got theme/skin from here the refund would come from IPS that because you paid them not theme owner so contact them believe that via email but can check for you again if got theme here need report lack support to them because within terms that guy needs provided support due to paid item.

As for issues getting work as you like if need that still I can provided help via look at past post you done see if help.

Addition to that - I'll repair all bugs in skin. Tomorrow some hooks like such as "Members online today" will be viewing properly.
The same changes'll be added to Aktolia theme.

Soon IPBFangorn.net'll have new version where you all find documentation for every theme.

Some reasons expects broken topic view when you put on unofficial hooks which interferes with the userinfopane? If I good know, Esmona is compatible with newest IP.Board version and IPB applications and it all which should be based in theme. Of course we should do all what we can to make theme compatible with unofficial hooks and we try to do it now. The final solution is back to the default topic view, cause the new, vertical is problematic. Full refund of money it's finality, when product (in buy time) is inconsistent with description. The true is it you have now skin which works properly, you have skin to higher IPB version before 4.0 and the fault which is only mine, is lack of support for some time (I gave you all my explanation, explanation of lack of my time which yesterday was ended).
