what are IPS working hours?

I purchased a licence at 4 pm est some people say it might take an hour too 48hrs I was just wondering what the working hours are and if that influence the time it takes thanks

We work around the clock, however there are many departments as well, all orders are processed manually to help fight fraud, this can take up to 48 hours as well.

How long will my order take to process?

We manually approve all orders from new customers for fraud using multi-point checks. We ask that you allow up to 48 hours for your order to be approved, although it is usually much quicker. This measure protects us and our customers.
