Aktolia it's a very interesting skin which is perfect to community about... everything. Why? Because included slider allows you to diametrically change of your page. In addition to that the proffesional design and included modyfications such as: new topic view or generate topic icon system make, that your webpage will be very unique.

When creating a post you can see a summary of posts before your intended comment
You have white text on a light grey background.
Its a little hard to see.

Also where it says "Go to the documentation now..." the text is black/very dark grey on a dark grey background, again its a little hard to read

New version was uploaded.

Download and upgrade or:

fix it yourself

Go to ACP -> Look & Feel -> Aktolia -> CSS -> ipb_styles.css

Find:

.post_block2 a, .post_block3 a { 

Replace to:

.post_block2 h3 a, .post_block3 h3 a {

Hello, first of all... NICE JOB! i love how minimal and elegant it is.

Second: I have a problem with the section where it shows the AdminCP and ModCP links. I tried to fix it (wich i did) but know it mess up in the Mobile Version. Is there a way to make it work fine on 1920x1080?

1: When I click "sign in" if you look at the border in between "remember me" & "username" you will see there is a 1px border that sticks out

2: When you goto "Todays Top Posters" you have black text on a dark grey background (not sure if this is related to this issue I stated erlier)

3. When hovering the "shoutbox" the collapse tool appears 3/4 of the way instead of at the end.

Bug found:

Not sure when exactly happens or why it happens but the Theme sometimes miss the entire Image source and it looks only text.

I tested and find out it did the same on the Demo version.

EDIT: Also the loading bar keeps loading after the website is completly loaded http://prntscr.com/1leao5

It's not a bug from skin but server/installed applications etc... I think that your browser should first remember all the images and files. You know - the slider and other IPS components use js files which must be loaded.

The loading bar also relates the shoutbox which (automatically) be refreshed from time to time.

1: "Overall Top Posters" > "More Search Options" right where it says "Apply Filters" the background behind the button doesn't seem to match any of your skin

looks like it could be IPB default

2: In "Pages", the text for badges/tag backgrounds when hovering becomes hard to read (light pink on light grey)

3: "Pages" > "View Our Articles", the category section is still IPB default

4: "Gallery" > "Members Albums Category", "Show Me" (drop box) still IPB default

5: "Blog" (maybe everywhere not sure), when progressing through the "step 1, step 2 & step 3" stages, you have an extra arrow tip in the block

Width of Aktolia is fixed because max width of the skin it 1200px. Of course you can change it to bigger/smaller by main_width edit in ipb_styles.css.

In IPS Market Place (Aktolia Product) to Aktolia package was added one additional folder "Unzip images folder".

If you after upload images-aktolia.xml have some error like "The import failed: nothing to import!", you should upload unzip Aktolia images folder to public/style_images/ and then in ACP (Admin Control Panel) set the images for Aktolia skin.

It for all persons which have some problems with upload Aktolia images.
