I purchased this software almost 11 hours ago and Still have not received any information.
I logged into client area and there's nothing about my purchase in there which has me a little worried.
Submitted a ticket also and no responce.
As noted on our website and in the signup process, transactions can take up to 2 business days to approve.
However, I've looked at your account and there is an issue that will need to be handled by the billing department.
As you have already filed a ticket to that department, it will be addressed when someone is available.
