Feature Requests for IPB 4.0

I would like it if in IPB 4.0 Custom Profile fields could have the IPB Text Editor and Upload tool if and when Administrators choose, Restrict Custom Profile Fields to Specified Group(s) too.

If Profile Pages, Tabs/Buttons on Profile Pages could be hidden/disabled for Specified Group(s)

Extra Private Messenger Options; Ie;

Specified Group can Private Message These Groups - Specified Group(s)

Specified Group can receive Private Messages from these Groups - Specified Group(s)

Specified Group can reply to Private Messages from these Groups Specified Group(s)

I also wanted to use for specific sections of the forum but perhaps the design of the 4.0 could send these requests in vain...

manually would be so but it would not be appropriate because of software updates.
