FabioPaz
Hello, I'm having some problems renewing my license. Everytime I try to pay, instead of going to paypal page to confirm the payment, it goes to my paypal home page. (I can't pay) Note: I renewed my account several times. I know how is the process. Thanks.
Woodsman
Sounds to me you will need to log into your Paypal account support system to get this one fixed.
OrdosAlpha
Having a similar issue, except when I clicked on the link to pay my renewal fee in the client area my invoice auto-cancelled itself, and now I'm unable to pay my renewal.
FabioPaz
I tried different browsers, without success... The only thing different in this renew, is that I have IP.Gallery now.
AndyF
Would be best in this case to submit a ticket to accounts / billling to see if they can assist and generate a new invoice for you or suchlike. :)
FabioPaz
I send a ticket 20 hours ago. I guess the support is working on a solution to my problem.
Woodsman
I send a ticket 20 hours ago. I guess the support is working on a solution to my problem. Having a similar issue, except when I clicked on the link to pay my renewal fee in the client area my invoice auto-cancelled itself, and now I'm unable to pay my renewal. Did you ever get this resolved? If not I'd resubmit another ticket to both IPS Accounting and PayPal to get this issue resolved.
cnmoore
I don't see any button to renew. I guess I should wait for invoice?
bfarber
I don't see any button to renew. I guess I should wait for invoice? Please submit a ticket if you're having trouble renewing your license so we can take a look for you.
cnmoore
Hi bfarber. I've submitted a ticket for Sales.
FabioPaz
Unfortunately, InvisionPower can't solve my problem and the paypal support don't replied my support request. The weird thing, is that I use paypal to pay almost everything on the internet, without similar problems. The problem here(on Invision) started after I bought the IP.Gallery. Now, instead of going to the paypal default payment page (where you can log in and chose you credit card to pay), you go to the paypal index page. cnmoore
In my case the renewal email was misleading when it said RENEW NOW, as the invoice had not yet been prepared. When I eventually had an invoice it was easy to renew.
FabioPaz
PayPal replied my request... There's nothing wrong with my account to make this error happen, since all my other payments are OK. @Cnmoore That's what I think is happening, the Invision Site is not making the invoice correctly after I bought the IP.Gallery. bfarber
If you are having trouble making a purchase, submit a ticket in your client area. We can assist you from there, but there's not much assistance we can provide with payments via these forums.

FabioPaz
Already sent my second ticket to Sales support (since I'm having trouble paying) Should I send one for General Support too ? Thanks.
bfarber
What's the ticket ID? Sending one to general support will not help you any in this case.
