Can you add a setting so we can choose to have topics in VNC go the the first unread? I know you changed it awhile back so you are probably not going to change it again, but a setting would be great. To me, it should go to "new" content, which is unread.

People on my forum are confused as to how to get to the first unread. The icon on the left is small and no one uses it. Thanks

I think this option should come already checked by default.

Hello, in case you didn't know, the option to go to the first unread is there, you simply click the star (circle if you haven't posted in the topic) image etc... I know it's not what you are asking for by altering the main title link, but it works well and is just a quick adjustment for most users.

I know about that icon but most of my users don't.

What I find strange is, in the mobile skin, the title goes to the first unread. Awesome. But why not the full site? Why is there different behavior for a skin?

Any way to get the full skin to work like the mobile? The topic link going to first unread?

may be worth trying again as there have been editor and getpost changes since I tried it.

A sub-header for the columns in the search results/forum categories would certainly help people understand the dot is for the first unread post.
